This Privacy Policy describes how MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC (“MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC”) and the MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC’s websites and/or any related applications  process personal data and other information when you visit or use any website or platform that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”) by explaining what types of information MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC collects, how that information is used, MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC’s sharing practices, and your choices. MagicSpace Entertainment, LLC is the controller for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of information from and about you in multiple ways, including 


•Directly from you;


•From our affiliates or non-affiliated third parties, including marketers, partners (like Ticketmaster or AEG), sponsors, and others; and


•Automatically from our Services

Information You Provide Directly 



•Personal Identifiers, including your name, contact information, telephone number, zip code, gender, online identifiers, and account credentials.


•Sign Up for Email Updates. When you sign up for email updates we collect your name, email address, telephone number and zip code. We collect this information to provide you with the requested email updates of events that may be of interest to you. 


•Sign Up for Mobile Updates. When you sign up for mobile updates, we collect your name, telephone number, age, gender and zip code. You will receive a varying frequency of automated SMS per month about tours/promotions/promotions. Consent is not a condition to purchase. Reply STOP to opt-out at any time, or Reply HELP for help. Alerts are subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms. Message and data rates may apply. 


•Enter a Contest. When you enter a contest we may collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other information. We collect this information so we may reach you in regard to contest results. 


•Respond to a Survey. When you respond to a survey we may collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other information. We collect this information to communicate with you and obtain your feedback on our products, services, and website.


•Transaction and Billing Data, including bank account and payment card details, (credit card number, expiration date, and credit card security code, where needed to complete a transaction where applicable), billing address, delivery address, signature, transaction history;


•Commercial Information, including records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered within the Services, such as tickets, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.


•Correspondence you send to us.


•Contact Us. When you contact us we collect your name, email address, and other information required in order to address your inquiry. We request this information in order to effectively address your comments and questions and provide you with relevant information in response to your inquiry.


•Other. Other Services we offer may request or require you to provide us with additional information, which will be described at the point of collection.



We also may obtain the above types information about you – like personal identifiers and commercial information – from our LiveCo affiliates or third parties, such as marketers, partners (like Ticketmaster), and sponsor.  We may combine information that we collect from you with information about you that we obtain from our affiliates and/or such third parties and information derived from the Services.



Automatically Collected Information



We automatically collect the following types of information when you use our Services, including:



•Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information. We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including your internet connection and your internet protocol (IP) address. 


•Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device through your browser.  The cookies used by our Services include both session-based cookies, which expire after you close your browser or turn off your computer, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device until you affirmatively remove them. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can set your browser to decline cookies. 



We use this automatically collected information to analyze trends, to provide, administer, and improve our Services, to track users’ movements while using the Services, to gather demographic information about our user base, and to market our products and services and monitor interactions with our marketing communications.

We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above.  Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

When you engage with our content on or through social media services or other third-party platforms, plug-ins, integrations, or applications, you may allow us to have access to certain information in your profile and information about your interaction with our content. We do not use or disclose sensitive data for any purpose other than those permitted by applicable law.

Our Services also contain links that allow you to connect with us on social media.

Our Services are not directed to children, as defined under applicable law. We do not intend for our websites or online services to be used by anyone under the age of 13. To the extent we process any personal information that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the categories of personal information that we have collected and disclosed for a business purpose in the past 12 months are described above.  We also describe above the sources from which we collect personal information and the purposes for which we collect, use, and share this information.
